Agricultural Technician

Seeking Agricultural Installation & Repair Technician to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural equipment, livestock panels and headlocks. Must be able to follow directions and perform physical labor at a constant pace. Agricultural experience is preferred but not required.

Boom Driver

Seeking motivated and dependable individuals to fill our full-time boom truck driver position. Candidates should be responsible and have strong time management skills to ensure construction materials are delivered in a timely manner. Class B license required.

CDL Driver

Seeking motivated and dependable individuals for a full-time driver position. Candidates should possess strong time management skills as they are responsible for delivering materials in a timely manner. CDL required.

Construction Employees

Seeking reliable and punctual individuals to join our construction crew. Must be attentive, able to perform physical labor at a constant pace, follow directions, and be efficient. Should also be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude. Basic problem-solving skills a plus.

Inside Sales

Job Description

  • Job Title: Inside Sales

Summary

Responsibilities assigned to Inside Sales employee include working with walk in customers to sell goods and services offered by Kreofsky Building Supplies, assisting other sales people with work orders, plans, and ordering, building lasting relationships with contractors, and obtaining new business.

Essential Functions

  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Read blueprint and evaluate material needs
  • Assist outside sales with ordering materials, and getting necessary paperwork completed timely
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceeding personal sales goals
  • Address customer concerns promptly and provide resolutions
  • Knowledge in the products and services we offer
  • Prompt follow up on customer calls
  • Working with lumberyard personnel to organize and coordinate delivery of products.

Requirements

Physical requirements include occasional lifting of 50+ pounds.

Other requirements of the employee are to maintain a minimum of 40 hours per week, ensure that customer accounts are being managed appropriately, follow company procedures and policies, have a working knowledge of products we sell and know the process of construction.

Minimum of 3 years experience in building materials or construction.

High school diploma or GED required.

Employee should have excellent math skills, customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Substance Abuse Testing

Due to the safety and/or security sensitive nature of this classification, individuals shall be subject to pre-employment or pre-placement alcohol, drug and/or controlled substance testing as outlined in the handbook. Certain positions within this class are subject to DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) drug and alcohol testing as outlined in 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 382 (by assignment).

Outside Sales

  • Prompt follow up on customer calls
  • Working with lumberyard personnel to organize and coordinate delivery of products.

Requirements

Seeking reliable and punctual individuals to assist in the daily operations of the outside lumberyard. Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and customers. Some construction material knowledge is preferred but not required.

Overhead Door Installer

Seeking dependable, motivated workers willing to complete a variety of tasks that include installation and maintenance of overhead doors. Fast-paced manual labor will require lifting of 75+ pounds. Excellent communication skills required. Previous installation experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Lumberyard Receiving Clerk

Job Description

  • Job Title: Lumberyard Receiving Clerk
  • Location: Rochester
  • Salary Range: $30K-$45K
  • Department: Sales
  • Position Type: Full Time
  • Reporting Manager: Branch Manager
  • Employment Status: Non-Exempt

Summary

The Lumberyard Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving all product & commodities that are delivered.

Essential Functions

  • Unload or assist in unloading of delivery trucks
  • Assist in distributing large items to proper holding areas
  • Verify counts and product against packing slips
  • Check product for quality and damage
  • Process returns daily and follow up to ensure returns are picked up by the vendor

Other Functions

  • Tag all non-returnable items for bullpen area
  • Ensure returnable items in warehouse are returned
  • Process receiving packing slips
  • Keep warehouse area tidy
  • Scan documents as needed

This job description is not limited only to above content. Duties and responsibilities may change at the discretion of the General Manager.
